Both collars come included with 1/8" Hex Setscrew. - Top Collar Bottom Collar w/Limiting Tooth Flag Stretcher: Holds the flag in place and prevents the flag from completely wrapping around the pole. If it gets caught at an angle, the next gust will self-correct and straighten out.

All flag stretchers will include the red flag clamp on the far end to hold your flag outstretched. - Flag Stretcher w/Mounting Base - Has the Base Plate needed for the in-field replacement sections - Replacement Rod Only - If your flag stretcher ever breaks, just swap out the in-field replacement parts - Avenue Flag Set Kits: Two kits to choose from. Use your existing hardware to hold the top grommet of your flag, or include the top flag ring from our set.
