The exterior walls are constructed from cellular “PVC” sheathing, which is a solid composite, resistant to weathering, warping, rotting and corrosion, and which is impervious to insects. Single-hung aluminum- framed windows are operable and include a screen. Each house is painted inside and out with 2 coats of Sherwin Williams exterior paint.

Most roofs are constructed with fiberglass shingles, unless the design calls for other roofing materials.
