This NVR is designed to connect to IP-based video surveillance cameras using Cat5e or Cat6 Ethernet cable. It supports the Power over Ethernet (PoE) feature so you don't need to run separate power lines to your cameras. Each of the four channels supports dual streaming and each channel can be configured for a different resolution frame rate bit rate image quality etc.

The NVR can be connected to one or more monitors using either the HDMI or VGA video interface each of which supports display resolutions up to 1920x1080p. The Live view can display 1 2 or 4 channels and the display sequence is fully customizable. It supports motion detection video tampering detection video content analysis video exception and video loss alarm functions and includes the ability to create custom privacy masks.

It supports a single internal 3.5 in. hard drive with a capacity up to 4TB. Up to eight NAS drives or seven NAS and one IP SAN drives can be connected for additional storage capacity.

In addition to full local control the NVR can be fully managed from a remote location using a web accessible interface including the ability to remotely lock out local mouse or remote control access. Recordings can be remotely viewed managed and backed up as well. A pre-record and post-record feature allows you to include video from a few seconds before an alarm event until a few seconds after the alarm ceases.
