As the alarm is not located in the same room as the patient, they will not become confused or upset by the alert noise. The carer will hear the alert immediately from other rooms in the home or building, even in the garden. How it works? Place the bed pad under the bottom sheet in the bed at back or bottom level, so that when your patient sits up intending to get out of bed, the Carer's alarm will sound.
Key Features A bed exit alarm/pager and long term bed sensor pad. The alarm/pager can be kept with the carer up to 30 meters (100 feet) from the pad. The alarm features volume control and an on/off button.
Alarm emits a repeated chime tone and operates on three C batteries (not included). Bed sensor pad measures 20" x 30" (50cm x 76cm) is incontinence resistant and features a foam interior for patient comfort. Bed Pad and Alarm are sold with adaptor as standard.
