It was designed to convey maximum braking force and a clear pressure point. Its design optimizes the power input to the brake and reduces losses in the direction of the frame and fork. This means that more braking force arrives at the rim; in addition, the rigid construction guarantees good modulation and direct reset.
The brake has space for tires with up to 28 mm width and is compatible with all nonhydraulic SRAM levers, including the SRAM RED eTap .
