It includes a timecode input and a timecode generator for easy synchronization with an SMPTE generator, a camera or an intelligent editing board. An HDMI input and output allows a camera to start recording on both devices simultaneously, while a common video clock prevents audio and video from converging. Four microphone signals can be individually recorded and mixed to one stereo channel - thus providing a total of six recording channels.
If you need more tracks, you can control several recorders synchronously (by so-called cascading). The lightweight yet torsion-resistant case is forged from a magnesium alloy. Tripod adapters on the top and bottom allow mounting on a tripod or under a camera or camera frame.
