When the strobe is low, a single bit is selected from one of two sources and is routed to the outputs. The device provides true and complementary data. This device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff.

The Ioff circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow through the device when it is powered down.
