Designed to store large HD video and audio files, these Blu-ray Recordable (BD-R) discs can handle up to full HD 1080p resolution video and multiple audio formats. The Verbatim discs have a storage capacity of 25GB, allowing you to use fewer discs while backing up or duplicating HD digital recordings. They feature HardCoat surfaces to protect against scratches, fingerprints and dust build-up, as well as reducing playback and recording errors.
These are one-time record discs, ensuring that your video, music or other information cannot inadvertently be erased. The recordable discs are also ideal for recording HDTV programs or backing up your music collection in high-quality audio. They use Blue-violet laser technology for data and they have a write speed of 6x.
These discs should only be used with BD-R hardware.
