Rendered in solid cast iron that is finished in warm brown, it features an arrow piercing a central ring through its star-shaped center. The ring is ornamented on its slightly wider, heavier side with Roman numerals to mark the hours. The sundial’s sturdy, rounded base is detailed to resemble a globe and has raised directional letters to serve as compass points.

Use the compass points to site the sundial in a sunny spot in your garden. (‘N’ should be pointing north, etc.) As the sun moves across the sky, the arrow will cast a shadow, offering a rough idea of the time. Please note: Some assembly is required.
